sadly i am a perfectionist too..

for example, when starting a project, i always request to design the 3d by myself, and then i can give the drawing work to other. (i still supervise for the drawing's layout, i hate bad layout for technical drawings) Most of the times, it takes a lot of overtime to finish & less time to rest.

it's very bad, because we cannot trust other people's
work, tend to underestimate others (including boss). Computer for playing games is stuffed
with numerous folder contains job and revision. Moreover, we might
become total nerd only thinking about work and work, (mentally unstable)
one month passed, haven't touch my blog since the project started English Class! Grammar, Vocabulary, Pronunciation, You Name It. - Page 2 1911817067

correct..because action speak louder than words, but money speak even louder LoL

you can be the boss, just waltzing around, criticize and demand a change, and voila! everything's goes according to your will..that's nice.

well,
in my company,
we have a new worker (which is the majority) and guess what ?
we gave him a new simple project for him..
he got sick (?) for 2 days,
then the next day he gave a resign letter --a

well..to make things happen that smooth, the boss have to make sure first that the workers are competent enough, and self-motivated

and well..not to badmouth other people, but there are a lot of people that can't even do small things, but expect great things from the company

no difference. Won't is the short version of Will Not. Just like Can't and Can Not, Don't and Do Not, and others..

the way to learn English, for me, is about courage
*as if I am in a war :))

if I nver try to talk (with English) I wont improve my conversation skill..
its useless that I know many vocabs but I cant implement them (beside in written skill)

so,
lets try to have a good/nice/warm conversation
we can do this, by replying other's post, or having a chat in the chat box :D

my pleasure.. but, can u guys pick a better nickname for me..? :p

actually, i will explain about all those things in detail in this thread. but sadly, i haven't got some free time to do so. i feel bad about this.

for your question, in short:
- can has the same meaning as could, but could is used in sentences that indicate a past matter or things that not and will not happen in the present, .
example:
i think i can run this business.
i wish i could run this business.

- would juga sama seperti could, menjadi bentuk past dari will.
example:
i will go to the beach this summer.
i would go to the beach last summer if only i had the time.

- some itu buat kalimat positif, any itu buat kalimat negatif dan kalimat pertanyaan.
example:
there is some sugar left in the kitchen.
there isn't any sugar left in the kitchen.
is there any sugar left in the kitchen?

how that helps you. i'll explain more details about this matter as soon as possible :D

some n any = has been explained on the post above..

many is used for countable noun, much is for uncountable noun, while lot of or a lot of (form may vary depend on the sentences) can be used for both countable and uncountable noun.
