| And, another thing which is quite important for me (maybe only me) to improve our written skills.
When we write ' I ' to describe me as a person, e.g " I am 19 years old. " Please make sure that we write it right with the capital letter ' I ' not ' i '. Why ? I'll explain it later.. *g2g >.<
And another additional simple thing :) When we mention about places or languages, make sure to start them with a capital letter :) e.g Indonesian, English, Amazon etc.
-- Why I didn't edit my previous post, because I think I'm gonna append that post with another question hoho

| Thanks for the great input. I'll be sure to completely put that on this thread. Just wait and see.
Yeah, writing skill is also important. The correct one should be "I" with capital, but sometimes everyone is lazy to make it into capital. Including me. Hoho. I'll wait for your explanation once this thread is ready to launch. |

| Thank you for the compliment. I'm still learning too. Many things to learn, haven't really fully mastered English yet. If you want to hone your writing, try reading many English newspapers or magazine such as The Jakarta Post and others. That way, you will be able to recognize the correct pattern of the sentences by instinct. :) Yup, just stay tune in this thread. Will be launched very soon enough. |

must watch and learn in this thread more often... especially pronouncation, thats my matter..hehehe We are learning. that makes us human :) *I really do like this quote :D* about the pronounciation, I used to watch Hollywood movies (like Tangerine said before) and they help me with that :D and try not to turn the subtitle on when you're watching :D - tangerine wrote:

Haha.. No bro, you got it all wrong. I was only joking by asking Homer why this thread is taking a long time to construct because I use Homer's slow and dumb image in the first post. Hehe. Thanks for the explanation. I'll be sure to put this on the first post once it is ready. Btw, the correct word is "pronunciation". But its basic word is "pronounce". Kinda tricky. |

| without ' o ' ?
thanks for the correction :D actually when I wrote that word 'pronounciation' (the wrong way to write), I got a warning underline that shows it is not a word that English could recognize. actually I really don't know how to write that word.. hahah.. I just used to hear that word repeated by my English tutor and it sounds like 'pro-noun-ciation' hahaha |

| I myself rarely read newspapers..to much violence and pain in there. Most of the content are about criminal, politics, and cheap issues Try your own capability by having a conversation with strangers, tourist. Just say hi and take them for a bit detour, they won't mind. As for me, i had a good time whenever it comes to machinery and industrial expo, there are a lot of western people there :) |

| Totally agree bro, real time practice with foreigners is the best way to enhance your speaking skill.
But writing is still an important element to master. Just have a balance between those two :p |

But writing is still an important element to master. Just have a balance between those two :p yep, IMHO, writing is important for the formal one, and speaking is important for the real one (I can't find any good words to describe these too >.< , hope that you get my point >.<) |
